Return policy

You can return any item purchased from Dante Studio within 14 days of delivery. To do this:

• Send an email to info@dantestudio.es with the subject "Item Return" , including the name of the item and the order number.

• Please indicate the reason for the return or exchange in the email (wrong size, not a good fit, etc.).

• Make sure the item is in its original condition , unworn and unwashed, with tags and packaging. Otherwise, we won't be able to accept the return or issue a refund.

• The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Once the product arrives at the Dante Studio warehouse, the refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow a few days for the return to be processed.

Sale items and promo codes

• If an item was purchased on sale, it cannot be returned . An exchange or a credit card is only available for a period of six months .

• If a promotional code (except for the 10% welcome discount ) was applied to the order, it cannot be returned . An exchange or a voucher may only be issued for a period of six months .

Conditions

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, with all Dante Studio tags attached, and in their original packaging .

• Swimwear : Must be tried on over your own clothing. To be accepted for return, the garment must retain the hygiene strip . Dante Studio reserves the right to refuse returns of used or damaged swimwear .

• Footwear : Must be returned unused , undamaged, with all brand tags attached, in its original box, protective bag and packaging.

Dante Studio reserves the right to reject returns if the items do not meet our criteria. In this case, the products will be returned to the customer.

If you wish to exchange a garment for a different size, you must return it and place a new order, with no additional shipping costs for the new item.
