Shipping Policy
Preparation and Shipping Times Once your order is confirmed, we require 2-3 days (Monday to Friday) to prepare and ship it. Please note that the delivery time does not include the time required to prepare your order.
Orders shipped within Spain should arrive within 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). International shipments and those to the Canary Islands will take between 5-7 business days. These delivery times begin from the moment the order is shipped.
For garments that require custom-made items, we require a 3-4 week lead time to prepare and ship them. Please note that during peak demand periods, such as Christmas, delivery times may be longer.
Shipping outside the European Union If the order is shipped to a destination outside the European Union, import duties and taxes will be collected by the local government of the shipping location and will be the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid unexpected charges. Additionally, orders with more than one item may incur an additional charge for international shipments.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. We will refund the full amount of the order, excluding return shipping costs.
For products that are custom-made for each customer, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@dantestudio.es with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We evaluate these cases individually, but we will do our best to offer you a satisfactory solution.
